Most people don’t fail because they lack motivation. They fall off because the plan doesn’t match their time, equipment, or recovery. The MAD Performance Method is built to remove that friction by giving you clear, structured training that you can execute consistently—without overthinking or burning out.

This takes about 3 minutes to complete. Be honest—there are no “right” answers. The better your input, the better your plan.

Once you’re done, I’ll handle the thinking. You just show up and train.
